overall stay was good. but the room service was very lousy..i tried to call the room service person. but there was very loud noises over there.. i was not able to hear anything from him.rooms are decent.prices are affordable.hotel in the city centre.walkable distance for shopping and other stuffs.i stayed there for 2 nights. my lock got damaged 2 times during the stay but the staff rectifed it indeed.overall i enjoyed the stay. i will visit again for sure.

Overall not a bad experience especially if you are in a hurry rother waiting for a booking this could a kind of help, in the city area well most of the time travelling by local train that's really feel good.

Best thing about this hotel is it's location . It's located in South Mumbai near Marine drive . Rooms were small but good and washrooms are little bit old. But if you're on budget it's a great option to stay. There is some great food stalls and shops near this hotel.

Full of bed bugs

This hotel is full of bed bugs in all the rooms. I changes three rooms and all of them had bed bugs. Other customers were also complaining about this. I booked for 4 days there but I have to leave early since I can't sleep there. Doesn't matter how many bed bugs you kill, they are countless and in all different sizes. They just keep biting you all night. Avoid it in all possible scenario. Online booking companies should ban this hotel since we are unable to fight to get our money back in case of online booking.
